Virtual online Skincare consultations
Our online consultation provides you with the opportunity to have a detailed professional consultation from the comfort of your own home. This is an opportunity for you to access the skill of one of our skin care experts offering a personalised skin expertise.
Whether you need advice on where to get started with skincare, how to refresh your current routine, ingredients, or if you’re targeting specific skin concerns - our Elysium team are here to guide you on your journey to healthy, glowing skin at home.
To achieve your skincare goals or resolve your any current skin issues, it is important to use the correct products and know how to introduce them into your routine. This process prevents you wasting money on products that are not suitable for your skin.
How do I book in
Simply purchase your consultation appointment here, and we will be in touch with you to arrange a date and time that suits for your virtual analysis. We will send you a consultation form to fill out and return a few days before the virtual consultation along with close up photos of your skin in good light with no make-up, SPF or any other product.
We will call you at the chosen time. You can also choose either a zoom call, whats app video call or simply a phone call if you would rather chat without video, which ever you prefer. The consulation will take aprox. 40 minutes.
What happens after the consultation
Following your consultation you will receive an e-mail with a breakdown of your be-spoke homecare routine detailing how and when to use your products including links to view and purchase each one on our website. If you are spending over 150 euro on recomended products on the day of your consultation - the 50 euro consultation fee is redemable. Ranges include: Image Skincare, Alumier MD, SkinCeuticals, Ultraceuticals, Image MD, Yon Ka, Skinformulas, Skingredients.
As part of your consultation process you will receive a follow up call free of charge We are here to support you through your skin journey. We arrange to call you four to six weeks after your initial consultation, to check that all is going well and that you understand how to use the products correctly and see if any tweaks to your routine are necessary to make sure that you are reaching optimum skin health. Follow up calls after this time will be charged at €25 which is fully redeemable against any products purchased that day over the phone. Once you continue to be an Elysium client we are here to support and guide you throughout your journey.
