ADDITIONAL COVID 19 GUIDELINE INFORMATION
I know some of you will be feeling excited about getting back to your treatments, while others will be feeling somewhat nervous and anxious. It is my goal that every single one of you can feel comfortable in the Clinic.
The amazing Elysium team: Gosia, Claire, Saoirse, Kersty, and I have been working very hard behind the scenes over the past month to adapt our 2,500 sq. ft facility, to ensure all of our wellbeing on returning to work and being able to provide you with the same level of service, you have become accustomed to in a safe comfortable environment.
As well as following guidelines on sterilisation of furniture, equipment we will be using disposables wherever possible. Screens have been fitted where needed and staff will be wearing PPE: masks, shields, goggles when necessary.
All our staff have been trained and certified to HSA standards to ensure full compliancy. Gosia (our front of house manager) has been trained and is a certified compliance officer, so if you have any queries before your appointment please feel free to call and ask; 091556846.
So while we have followed every guideline and put in place new procedures, training and protocols in to ensure your safety and comfort, we now kindly ask you to do the following to ensure the same for us.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ENTER THE CLINIC
Where applicable some of you will be sent a link to fill out an online consultation form. This is very simple process, you can do this on your phone, tablet, or computer. No scanning or printing is necessary, you just hit submit at the end and we will get it. Please submit 24 hours before your appointment.
Arrive alone for your appointment – children are not permitted to accompany you during your treatment at the moment.
Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment.
If you are late, you may have to be rescheduled. Please note you will be charged in full for the appointment you had booked.
Please sanitise your hands and phone if you wish to use it on entering the clinic (As usual please keep your phone on silent). There are stations set up before entering and throughout the clinic.
Please wear a mask on entering the clinic
We are operating a strict 48-hour cancellation policy with a deposit / card details required when booking all appointments. If you fail to give sufficient notice or fail to show for your appointment you will be charged in full.
***Please ask yourself the following questions and if you answer yes to any, then it is expected that you will make contact to reschedule your appointment if:
Have you experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last few days?
Are you waiting for a COVID test or test results?
Have you or amyone in your house been told to isolate?
